InstaNatural Peppermint & Lemon Essential Oils

     Growing up, I've always had a liking for oils for relaxation and massages. Back in the day, I used to beat my body up during Taekwondo training. With the fact I really hated depending on pain medications, my sisters and I would take turns massaging each other at the end of the day right before bed. So when there was an opportunity to try out these beautiful Essential Oils from InstaNatural, I was all over it. 

InstaNatural’s Peppermint Essential Oil is a multi-purpose oil that cools, energizes and refreshes the body and mind. This steam-distilled oil is extracted from dried or fresh leaves from the Mentha Piperita herb, giving it a sharp, menthol fragrance. Its pleasantly sweet and minty aroma makes it a premium choice for aromatherapy to improve the mind and lift the spirits.

     My thoughts? These are amazing! Both smell sooooo good and are great for aromatheraphy. I used the Peppermint Oil to massage myself at night. I also saw that you make a refreshing mist with it. As for the Lemon Oil, it's probably my favorite. Although both smell great, the citrus scent wins! I love the fact that it can be used as a toner. All I need is a diffuser, so I can have these scents fill my room up completely. I find these so relaxing and refreshing at the same time.
