- Nice packaging. You don't have to worry about needing to have a separate brush for this.

What I don't like:
- Borderline watery consistency.
- Takes more than one stroke to get a black solid line.
- Takes awhile to dry up.
Final Thoughts:
Yes, I used this for quite some time. It's the only gel eyeliner I've
purchased & used after the Revlon Gel Eyeliner which I used and
lost during my vacation in the Philippines last year. And so, I am sorry to say that I am quite disappointed with this product. The watery consistency makes it unable to create a black solid line at
the first go. It also takes awhile to dry up and if you're not careful,
you ended up transferring some of it on your crease. The fact that this
costs $6.99 doesn't make it any better either. I was using this along side my Palladio Waterproof Eyeliner to set it, until I decided that it took more time than it should which then I just used the pencil eyeliner. So, if you got time to do your makeup this product would be fine... but there are better gel eyeliners out there that can do the job faster & for an even more affordable price.
