1. I can seem very quiet at first (even to the point of seeming snobbish) but I'm just actually very shy.

Hey Guys!
 How's the new year going? Mine is pretty good! We had a family party with lots of food (especially sweet stuff) which I tried very hard to resist! ...and I think I controlled myself pretty well... I hope! Haha! I'll be jogging later to burn that off! >.<

Anyways, 2011 has been a funny year for me. So many big life-changing events both happy and not-so-joyful... but it's all good! Here's my 2011 recap:

• Choreographed and competed for my university's hip hop team in PNSA 2011 Move Congress. 4th place out of 10+ schools :P
• Had a repeat performance at my school's Oncology Seminar. I love to dance!
• Presented my solo thesis (the best Qualitative study in the Nursing Department) at my university's first Student Research Colloquium. OMG. Speeches! :D
• Graduated with a Bachellor's Degree in Nursing & Health Sciences. Bitter-sweet end of college life.
• Went to Donsol, Philippines & touched a Butanding (whale shark). Or it touched me! XD
• Vacationed at Caramoan, Tagaytay, & Manila, Philippines.
• Had a blast with college friends! I miss them like crazy! T_T
• Moved back home. Family <3
• Stayed at Chicago for almost a month.
• Turned 21 years old. oh goodness! I'm old.
• Got my blog seriously alive and kicking! with the help of my sister!!!
• Learned a lot from wonderful bloggers! Thank you!
• Won Best Beauty Blog from the Bicolano Blogger Republic group! Yeeee! I am honored! :)))
• Met so many wonderful people in the world of blogging!!! <3 Hi hi hi! Nice to meet you! :)

So I published a post on the movies I've seen last weekend just a couple of hours ago... now, it's time to share with you my face for one of the movie nights!

Prestige Automatic Waterproof Eyeliner in Smoke.

What it does:

Waterproof Automatic Pencil offers a unique swivel-up color application that retracts and never needs sharpening. The soft, rounded point applies color smoothly and evenly, without pulling or tugging. Waterproof formula lasts long without smudging. Product description taken from here.

Prestige Automatic Waterproof Eyeliner in Smoke. What I like: Retractable! You're not wasting any product not time from sharpening it! Definitely Waterproof! I don't take it off when I do Taekwondo class and it stays quite well. Smooth enough for it to glide efficiently on my eyelids. Yet stable enough for the product to keep itself from crumbling off during application. Pigmented. You get the color in one swatch.  Comes in a variety of other colors. If given time to set, it's difficult to rub off! Only $5.25 (about less than P300 in the Philippines). A little cheaper than other drugstore brands! What I don't like: Almost always out of stock when I go to drugstores! The brand is not available in all drugstores! I'm not sure where this is available in the Philippines (Sorry!). I honestly have been using this for how many days in a row now! It's quite easy to use, as well... Unlike my Wet n' Wild gel eyeliner, I don't need a brush and keep dipping in the pot for more product! Swatches: Prestige Automatic Waterproof Eyeliner in Smoke. Smoke is in between black and light gray... The product looks black in the packaging but as I apply it I can't seem to get the blackness I expected. Well duh! It's smoke not black! The black color was actually out-of-stock (like most of their products) when I grabbed this and I think I was lucky enough to grab something retractable and waterproof which is close to black! Despite it not being as intense as I wish, Smoke is a great color for everyday use! The shade keeps me from being too fierce in the daytime. LOL. Prestige Automatic Waterproof Eyeliner in Smoke.
