An Adult Evening of Shel Silverstein + Makeup Look.
My babies working it out at practice!
Cellphone pix backstage!
And the rest of our official pictures.
Unfortunately, video-taking was prohibited during the shows. On the brighter side, we actually performed the dances during our club's talent show which was held a week later!
I just realized that this video contains the "Officer Dance Intro" which was the original Fairy Ladies' dance for Puck'd & the mix of dances for the Shel Silverstein production. What a combo!
I originally planned on not dancing in the show despite me being the choreographer. But due to schedule changes, I was able to perform once again for theater as a dancer.
I've also actually got a lot of compliments with my self-done makeup!
Here's a closer look.

A large portion of the makeup used actually made my TOP 13 for 2013 post! Unlike the Puck'd theme, which was "colorful gothic ravers", Shel just went dark theme (even the guys wore eyeliner hehe). I focused more on smoky eyes and the strong eyeliner look. I actually forgot to bring any foundation with me and ended up using the Hard Candy concealer which gave a flawless canvas to work with (yay for two-in-one products!). I finished off with an affordable yet pretty pair of lashes from Daiso and pink lips from MAC. The circle lenses from GEO never fail to give that extra oompf on my eyes, too! It's good for performances when you want to capture the audience with seductive facial expression, TEEHEE!
