What it does:

What I like:
- Sleek packaging.
- Two-in-one product. Gel & powder.
- The free brush is not bad.
- $3 in drugstores (US).
- Available (Philippines) in Watsons & the beauty section of SM Malls, including SM Naga (Bicol).
What I don't like:
- The gel doesn't tame my eyebrows at all!
- Fills in only the smallest gaps on my brows. Not great if you've got a lot of eyebrow hair missing.
- Cost more or less 250PHP in the Philippines.
My eyebrow hair are quite long, has thick follicles, and stubborn. I purchased this thinking this may help controlling my eyebrows but it didn't. The gel feels watery upon application and not sticky enough to hold anything in place. It basically doesn't define my eyebrows at all.
Unfortunately, this is a disappointment for me... But this doesn't change how I like E.L.F. and will probably give their Eyebrow Treat and Tame a try in the future.
