October & November 2015 Favorites

We are at the last month of 2015... woah! Can't believe time went by so fast! I'm not sure if I'm ready for 2016 just yet! Wah! Anyways, it's that time when we all share what we've loved the past month... in my case, the last two months! Check it out! ^^

July & August 2015 Favorites!

It's that time of the month again... I can't believe that August is over! And boy, I sure have a lot to share because I missed putting out my favorites for the month of July also! Anyways, here's what I've been loving lately:

1. The Jaclyn Hill Favorites Palette by Morphe Brushes
My first try on the growing Youtube-popular makeup brand! I bought it because I fell in love with Youtuber, Jaclyn Hill, and I couldn't pass out on the chance to buy it when they re-stocked. I could have brought this with me to the Philippines, but I didn't want to risk getting this messed up. I love the warm colors and the product is wonderful. Plus, it's Jaclyn Hill's favorites! I did bring this with me to Anime Expo and have been using it ever since.

2. FS Cosmetics' Two Way Cake in Rajah
A powder I picked up from the Philippines that I've been loving to use to slightly contour my puffy face. Smooth & smells really good.

3. Sassy Cosmetics' Trio Sparkling Eyeshadow in Pink Sparkle
The only other eyeshadows I've touched and liked the past two months. I like that it can do fresh look to a smoky look.

4. Urban Decay Perversion Mascara
My most recent fave. I've only used it a couple of times the past weeks and I found that it actually holds up a curl! My eyelashes does not curl for anything and this seems to be doing the trick... I shall use it more.

5. Maxasorb Melatonin Cream
My go-to when I was uber jet lagged from my vacation in the Philippines and when I get hit with insomnia (which happens more than I'd like to).

6. The Face Shop Professional Foundation in 23
I returned to this for performing in Anime Expo & J-Pop Summit... and then I realized that this is still the best foundation EVER. No matter where I am... the Philippines, North California or South California (all have different climates/temperatures)... I always feel & look good with this. I love this stuff!!!

7. Contour Palette
This is from my Ebay Haul! I could have brought this with me to the Philippines, but again, I didn't want to risk breaking it. I used this for all  my travels and performances the past months. It is slightly powdery, but it does the job. It is also affordable and comes with a lot of product (the palette slightly feels heavy). If you're a performer like me or you really get that de-puffed look for your face, you need one in your life.

8. OxyRub Pain Relief Cream
I am to blame for not stretching before running and dancing... which is ridiculous because stretching is important. And the fact that I push myself to dance harder and run farther while I am heavier has put a toll on my body. Not only do I have chronic pain on my ankles (from Taekwondo), I am always sore on my calves and knees nowadays. I use this to soothe my pain once I get to bed at night. Yes, it helps me a bunch!

9. NYC Smooth Skin Loose Face Powder
This is everything when you want your makeup to last longer and look natural! It's definitely a must-have for me because I contour really harshly. I got from winning a contest years ago and I'm only realizing it's amazing powers now!

10. Sassy Color's Moisturizing Lipstick in Coral Craze
One loud lipstick that is great for the summer! I like how it wasn't drying on the lips.

11. Urban Decay Eyeshadow Primer Potion
Like my Too Faced Shadow Insurance, I got this as a freebie from  a paletter (TF = Sexy Palette, UD = Naked 3) . I've used the Too Faced one with me in the Philippines and I felt like my eyeshadow wasn't as amazing as before. I've always used the UD one for years and now I returned to it, it only confirmed that it is better in giving my eye makeup pigmentation, better blending abilities, a smoother look and longevity.

12. MAC Studio Fix Powder Foundation in C6
I knew that when I told the guy from the MAC counter years ago that this color will be fine when I get darker, even if he discouraged me. Because now it seems to be the right color for me! I went from C4 when I got to the Philippines and came home to start using C6! Hello tan face!

13. Anastasia Beverly Hills Perfect Brow Pencil in Soft Brown
Now that I haven't colored my hair and the my roots are darker, my ABH Brow Pomade in Blonde is too light. I picked this up and started using it all the time. I don't like having to sharpen it, but the color suits me... I probably want a pomade in this color soon.

14. E.L.F. Under Eye Concealer in Highlighter in Medium Glow
Not very high coverage but it provides a brighter under eye look. The highlighter is also subtle, but I like to use this because of the ease it brings.

15. YSL Rouge Volupte' Shine in Orange Impertinent
My go-to when I want something moisturizing and not too loud. Great for everyday.

16. Etude House Surprise All Proof SPF 50+ PA+++
One of the thing I hauled from Korea, this sunscreen smells really good and seems to have a velvety-matte finish. Usually the extra step adding a sunscreen into my routine is annoying, especially if the product itself is sticky. But this does none of that and is actually enjoyable to wear because it smells soooooo good!

What are your favorites lately???

June 2015 Favorites: My Philippine Vacation Edition

We're almost midway July, but here are my June Favorites!
If you follow me, you'd probably know that I spent most of June in the Philippines. So I don't want to miss out in sharing with you all what I've been using everyday when I was in that sizzling tropical country. Read on!

New Stuff #5

March 2015 Favorites

New Stuff #3

It's been awhile since I hauled or shared a haul in my blog, so it's probably a good time to share one with you all!

November 2014 Favorites.

BeeKyoote's November 2014 Favorites.
It's about midway December to the New Year, but I am barely getting back into the blogging grind after getting busy with theater & dance (I shall share later!). Anyways, here are my favorites from last month!

March 2013 Favorites.

I skipped last month due to all the hauls and experimenting... but this month, I definitely have my stand-out makeup stuff!

1. E.L.F. Essential Flawless Eyeshadows in Golden Goddess.
Great for everyday, on-the-go, and I love the color combo. Liked it so much, I got almost all the colors! Reviewing this soon!

2. E.L.F. Essential Blush in Coy.
Preferring this mauvey-pink color blush lately.

3. Maybelline The Falsies Volum Express Mascara in Black Drama.
I feel like this mascara definitely thickens my lashes plus holds a curl decently.

4. Maybelline Master Drama Eyeliner By Eyestudio in Black Spark.
Very pigmented and creamy! Review on this soon.

5. M.A.C. Studio Fix Powder Foundation in C4.
Great coverage and perfect match to my skin color.

6. NYX Jumbo Eye Pencil in Milk.
Did a great job allowing eyeshadow colors to show up on the lid. This held of highest importance during our Puck'd shows since we needed a lot of bright colors for our "raver look".

7. Rimmel BB Cream in Medium.
Great for everyday, I'm surprised and happy with this. Watch out for a better review soon.

8. Revlon Colorstay Liquid Foundation (Combination/Oily Skin) in 340 Early Tan.
Okay, I've said that this was too thick to use in my first review and probably only wearable in tropical countries on my updated review. I learned to use only half of the usual amount and use with a stippling or flat top brush for it to work for me. Great coverage and lasted me during the KPop M.V.P. dance workshop and my Puck'd shows. Definitely changed my mind on this!

9. C.O. Bigelow Rose Salve in No. 12.
A repeater! Does more than moisturize the lips! Found myself using this a lot this month!

-----
For some reason, this month went by faster than I thought it would! A lot has happened... and you can say I'm adjusting to my life here for real. I lived in the Philippines for four years (with a lot of vacations here) so I felt hung over and homesick for a really long time. Now, I feel content where I am at... this is my real home to begin with, anyways.

Happy Easter Weekend!

March Collective Haul!

Banana Boat Ultra Defense Max Skin Protect Continious Spray Suncreen Broad Spectrum SPF 110. Garnier Fructis Style Sleek & Shine Flat Iron Protector Straightening Mist. First of all, excuse the background. My top nursing books (that need to be touched for review purposes) dominate my table. HA! And second of all, I've collected these in the past weeks for real! Some before the Puck'd performances and the others just the past days! I thought I'd share what I've recently acquired again because some stated in my Third Blogging Anniversary Giveaway that they'd like to see more posts like this. Cheers to you all!

But yes, I am working on reviews soon!

Disregarding the Fortune Cookie...

So yesterday, my dad & I went out to eat some Pho' at a Vietnamese restaurant called Noodle House.

I got myself a Mango flavored Pearl Shake or Bobba. It reminds me of my craze for Zagu during my college days! I swear, everytime I go Pacific Mall Legazpi, I would always get myself one in their largest size. Anyways, so yeah... drinking that brought back memories of that time!

Our main meal was this, ofcourse...
It really is so yummy!
I forgot to ask my dad this is called... but I'm sure it's real Vietnamese Pho'!

Here's the fortune I got from last night's dinner!
"You shouldn't overspend at the moment. Frugality is important."
My past posts have mostly been about hauls... which I do promise to review on in the near future. I guess this was a sign for me to stop with all the "hauling", hahaha.

But right after dinner, my dad said that we go in K-Mart. Nope, it's not like the ever so popular "K-Mart" in Legazpi where you buy some Korean goodies! K-Mart here is a large discount store much like Walmart. We never really shop at K-Mart but it was the closest department store around and I thought I'd take a look at their makeup section as I wait for my dad. Much to my surprise, K-Mart is pretty well-stocked! And unlike most store, the products are "untouched". Some people like to be rude and open packaging of the makeup, creating a mess! Ugggh! Quite annoying, for real! I took a good look at the E.L.F. section and I was in awe... They had most of the Essential Line, quite a number of their Studio Line, and their newest line! I haven't seen suck stocks in any other store and so, I couldn't resist!

My latest haul!
Eye Lips Face Haul.
While the Essential Line costs $1 each and the Studio Line for $3, this line costs $2 a piece!

Sorry to the fortune of my fortune cookie... I didn't come through! I know I said my last haul will be the last, but I failed! But yay for my beloved blog! This is great! But seriously though, Beauty Blogging is one expensive hobby! HAHA.

I will definitely blog about these later!

ELF Studio Blush in Pink Passion.

ELF Studio Blush in Pink Passion.

Hey Guys!
Here's my review on my new purchase from the E.L.F Studio Line!

First Haul for 2013!

Hey Guys!
Here's  my first haul for 2013 from the drugstore and the beauty store!

E.L.F. Studio Blush in Pink Passion.
This is one of the newer blushes from the Studio line of E.L.F. but it's been out for a year now. I'm not a blush junkie so I never really bothered buying any blush but this color has always been caching my eye. So yeah, finally have this! Yay!
NYC Liquid Eyeliner in 887 Black.
I thought I needed a new eyeliner but Target didn't have my HG Wet n' Wild Gel Eyeliner then and so I grabbed this instead. I used to always buy this , in it's old packaging, during my college semester breaks and take it back with me to the Philippines. I liked it enough then when it did very well for my school's pep squad, a story I will tell later when I review this product, and the fact it's only $2.70 I figured why not try it again.

Da Vinci Cream Color in Light Copper Blonde.
My sister has been on a bleaching spree so we visited the Beauty Palace over at the Great Mall in Milpitas, CA. I thought to myself that I should stock up in my usual hair color in my new hair color brand. I feel like my hair has been growing fast and will need to dye the newly grown hair soon before long.

Watch out for more reviews on these soon!

Another December Win!

instagram: beekyoote

Hey Guys
So yeah... I won another giveaway! Yay me! And this time it's from the very pretty Andrea otherwise known as andreaclement from youtube. Funny how we have the same first name but it's very cool at the same time! Teehee. She had a subscriber giveaway in her channel and I was lucky enough to win the goodies! Let me break down to you all what she sent me...

December 2012 Favorites.

Hey Guys!
We are at the half of January 2013 and so this is so late! But I've been using quite a bit of new things the past month so it would only be natural that I should share it with you all! It's not in any order so here goes...

Collective Haul: Philippines & the Month of September.

Hey Guys!
Let me share with you what I hauled recently and the last of my buys during my vacation in the Philippines just last summer!

My E.L.F. Essential Line Brushes

Hey Guys!
Let me take the time to share my collection of E.L.F. Essential Line Brushes!
Some of them I've owned for awhile (like when I was living in the Philippines for university) and the others where seen in my past drugstore hauls.

February 2012 Face.

Happy Leap Year Day!
I'd like to share my face stuff I've been sporting for most of this month!

Face
Amazing Concealer in Golden Tan.
MAC Studiofix Powder in NC42
E.L.F. Essential Natural Radiance Blusher in Glow
E.L.F. Contouring Blusher & Bronzer Duo's Bronzer

Eyes
Maybelline Expertwear Quad Eyeshadow in Designer Chocolates
E.L.F. Brightening Eye Liner in Black
Maybelline Lash Stiletto Mascara

Lips
IN2IT Moisture Release Lipstick in MR 15 Juice

Circle Lens
Geo Xtra Circle Lens XCK-105

BEE: GEO XCK-105
I'm actually out of blush from my ELF blush & bronzer duo so I went with the single ELF blush in Glow... And I have said that its more like a highlighter but on my cheeks it has a slight orange-peach color, as well. I feel like I'm summer-ready when I paired the blush with my orange lippie from IN2IT.

And my eyes! This was one of my first circle lens and it is quite huge. The XCK-105 is categorized under the Super Size Lens of GEO and has a diameter of  whopping 14.8mm! Truthfully, this plain black circle lens is not a good choice for those who are new to circle lenses... in my collection of lenses, its my best bet when I want to look like an alien. I need the right makeup and when posing for the camera, I have to squint a bit to make me look less freaky. HAHA.

I don't take pictures as much... so I hope a "Face of the Month" will be fine. I'll definitely do FOTDs if I do drastic changes to my usual routine...

Goodbye February 2012!
