Nichido Liquid Eyeliner

Nichido Liquid Eyeliner.
Hey guys!
Time to review Filipino brand and it just so happens to be from Nichido again! Yup, this is the same free eyeliner that came with the Nichido Matted Palette I got for P100 (hence the big yellow "free" sticker on it). I could have gotten it with the free lipgloss but I'm more of an eyeliner lover. Besides, I've been meaning to get my hands on this very popular liquid eyeliner AGAIN. I owned this during my third year in college but gave it away after the first few tries for reasons I will say later... Let's see if this baby redeemed itself in my perspective.

Hey Guys!
So here's my review on Revlon's latest line of foundation! I'm usually not fond of liquid foundation because I fear the cakey look most gives me but when I saw this in store, I couldn't resist to try it... I thought that my skin desperately needs to be covered up due to the breakouts I've been having lately. Read on to see if I liked this one!

Hey Guys!
We are at the half of January 2013 and so this is so late! But I've been using quite a bit of new things the past month so it would only be natural that I should share it with you all! It's not in any order so here goes...

Top 12 for 2012.

Hey guys!

If you've been following my blog for a year now, you'd know that I've done the same concept before 2011 ended, my Top 11 for 2011! But now it's 2012, I get to add one more slot to my list of favorites for the whole year of 2012. Let me share them with you in no particular order...

Nichido Make-Up Collection Matted Palette.

Nichido Make-Up Collection Matted Palette.

Hey Guys!

Let me share with you this Nichido Palette which I got during my long vacation in the Philippines for only P100 with their famous Nichido Liquid Eyeliner! Nice deal huh? Too nice for me to pass by! Nichido is the same brand that makes my HG eyebrow pencil (you can check that out here) so I thought to myself, why not try out their eyeshadow?

Update Review: Revlon Colorstay Foundation.

Revlon Colorstay Foundation (Oily/Combination Skin) in 340 Early Tan.
Hey guys!
I know that it is no longer summer and that I've already did a review of this liquid foundation of mine here but I just have to blog about this new revelation of mine on this product!

In the past review, I mentioned that this was very drying & cakey on my face...and that it would only probably work if I were in a tropical country like my homeland, the Philippines. Guess what?! I was right! This product was beautiful on me during our vacation this year! In the Philippines, I was down right oily skin & I tend to sweat a lot unlike here, in the US where I have dry or combination skin. This made my skin look flawless! This stayed on my face for a good amount of time despite the heat and didn't get oily on me... it became dewy looking after some time which I had no problem with because it looks so natural & nice!

Let me share pictures from when I used this during our vacation!
This was when we visited our family in Naga City.
Again... when I had long hair :D
Just loving my skin here! XD

At our cousin's house... eating!
YUMMY! XD
It looks pretty good for summer in the Philippines...
Seriously, what is hotter than summer in the Philippines?!XD

I even used this during my sister's 18th birthday party wherein I danced two times but it stayed on so well on my face! It, of course, came off when I had to wash of the cupcake that was smooshed on my face! LOL. But it stayed on great even if I touched my face a couple of times during pictures which you can see on this post.

Basically, I love this only for the humid weather and when I had oily skin. With results like this, I don't mind the $10 price tag! HAHA. This has definitely become my must-have when visiting the Philippines from now on.

Maybelline Expert Wear Eye Shadow in Designer Chocolates.
Hey guys!
Today I'd like to share with you the eyeshadow set I've been using almost everyday before I left for the Philippines.  But first, I apologize... this looks quite battered because we had this for awhile. In fact, this packaging is already old... Maybelline came out with the same eyeshadows with a newer and prettier packaging.

Maybelline Expert Wear Eye Shadow in Designer Chocolates Swatches.

 My Thoughts:
  • Colors are good for everyday use.
  • You got the basic browns and a shimmery rose color to add a little spice to the usual natural look.
  • With use of Urban Decay Primer Potion, the colors can become more vivid and possibly be wearable for the night.
  • Easy to blend.
  • Four colors for only $5. Affordable indeed.
I didn't take this along with me to my trip to the Philippines because I decided to bring along my E.L.F. Studio 27 Piece Mini Makeup Collection. (Check it out here & here)

I'll push myself to post looks using the E.L.F. set... I definitely will! LOL.

Catch you all later!
