My review:
This is one yummy smelling powder that applies smooth and provides decent coverage! I actually picked this up when during my vacation in the Philippines this year because I didn't bring a contour or bronzing powder with me. Hence, I picked the darkest non-shimmery shade. The color, Rajah, is a warm tan color. It works well as a bronzer and may pass as contour, although it is warm. Looking at the swatch provided by the website, Fantasia looks like a cooler color (which is better for contour), but I know that the shade has shimmer in it that isn't great if you want sculpt your face. I know 399PHP isn't cheap, but the way this powder feel on my skin and what it does to warm up my face is pretty good for a Filipino product. If you can't afford MAC Cosmetics, check this out for a powder foundation that is known to many that works!
Y'all know I love my MAC Cosmetics powder, so I put Rajah right next to my many shades...
MAC Cosmetics' Studio Fix Powder Foundation in C4, C6 & NC24 vs. FS Cosmetics Two-Way Cake in Rajah SWATCHES |
By the looks of the powders side by side, Rajah seems to be in line with my C shades. That's actually perfect for me, because I'm actually matched to C shades last time over the NC shade. Do you notice that the packaging is similar? Yes, I've read that it seems that FS is trying to dupe MAC... which no one is mad at. MAC is so ridiculously expensive in the Philippines! So if you're on a budget, go to your local department store (I got mine at Gaisano Legazpi) and check these out!
What is your Holy Grail powder foundation?
